I was extremely happy with the Service I received! I live in Concord and they are located in Hayward. They went out of their way to help me as I had a dire situation with a leaking pipe. They were the only irrigation repair company I phoned who seemed to understand the sense of urgency and were able to provide and estimate and complete the work in a timely and stellar fashion. I would highly recommend this company and plan on recommending to my family and friends!

Oswald responded within minutes and was willing to come out late on a Saturday afternoon, provided a reasonable quote, which I accepted. He started the job and finished 3 1/2 hours later replacing 3 leaky valves and several leaky pipes all in a muddy mess! Hole was closed up and cleaned up before he left.

Oswald came out same day to provide an estimate on replacing the valves and electrical on our existing sprinkler system because the timers weren't working. He quoted the 6 visible replacements, and adjusted his price when he only had to install 5. We scheduled the work for just two days later and he was done in 1.5 hours. He was fast and quality work. He also made suggestions of other repairs to improve our system, but since we didn't want them at this time, he respected it rather than trying to sell us on it. Super nice. Highly recommend!

I originally was intending to repair my existing sprinkler system, but Oswald pointed out several problems with existing setup and quoted a reasonable price for a new system. He and his crew impressed me with their punctuality and professionalism so much, I added the installation of a new lawn too! again at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Oswald and his crew again. I can't imagine anyone doing the work faster and with such quality. I have been doing many different projects to our house of late and it is refreshing to find a contractor that you don't have to chase down to do the work, or haggle over every little detail.

Oswald called me within an hour of when I sent an email sent from the website. Wow! Four other sprinkler repair companies never got back to me. He was able to come out that afternoon and give me an estimate to replace an old backflow preventer on galvanized pipe, my broken main PVC line and two valves for driplines. He told me when he could schedule the repair and I gave the OK to do the work. Oswald and his helper showed up on time, did the repairs and two hours later, I had a working irrigation system! Then I asked for an estimate to replace the two drip lines and emitters and a couple of days later, Oswald did that work. He also repaired a very small leak on a joint of the new backflow preventer. I was very happy with his work and will call him if I need other sprinkler repairs.

my sprinkler valve won't turn off and it causes the leaking problem worse. I was worry that no one can help over this long weekend, but Oswald and his son-in-law came ( appointment at 5:00, but called and came early, supper). We are a new development so not on all maps but he got here on Friday. He told my husband what had to be done and he would have all parts, supplies and equipment the next day to do the work. So on Saturday, he came and did the work and he explained what had happened and how to prevent that in the future. His price was fair and we are so happy. Great experience!
